Join us for a Wedding Tasting Night at Jackson Square
When it comes to your wedding day, the menu is about more than what's on the plate. It's about bringing people together, creating moments worth remembering, and making sure your guests feel looked after from the first bite to the last.
And let's be honest, finding the right wedding caterer is a whole lot easier when you can actually taste what they have to offer! If you’re currently planning your wedding and still searching for the perfect catering team, we’d love to introduce you to Cargo Catering Co.
That's why Cargo Catering Co. and Jackson Square are bringing you an exclusive Wedding Tasting Night on Thursday 4 February 2027. A chance to slow down, enjoy some delicious food, and get a little closer to bringing your wedding vision to life.

A Little Bite of Wedding Inspiration
There's something different about tasting a dish rather than just looking at it on a menu.
You get to experience the flavours, the presentation and the little details that make a dish special. And when you're planning a wedding, it's a great way to start narrowing down the options.
During the evening, you'll get to sample a selection of dishes from Cargo Catering Co.'s wedding catering menus and explore the different ways to enjoy your reception.
Whether you're leaning towards a relaxed cocktail-style celebration or a more traditional sit-down dinner, there's plenty to take inspiration from.
Cocktail-Style or Sit-Down? You can try both
We've put together two tasting experiences, so you can choose the one that best suits your style and budget.
OPTION 1: Cocktail-Style Tasting | $20 per person
If you're picturing a wedding where guests can mingle, grab a drink and enjoy delicious bites throughout the evening, our cocktail-style tasting is a great place to start.
You'll get to experience a selection of our canapés and roaming entrees, with plenty of inspiration for a reception that's relaxed, social and full of flavour.
It's a chance to see how cocktail-style catering can work for your wedding, from the food itself to the way it brings people together.

OPTION 2: SIT-DOWN TASTING | $40 per person
For couples planning a more traditional reception, our sit-down tasting offers a chance to enjoy a curated selection of dishes in a dining setting.
Think long tables, good food and time to enjoy the experience.
You'll get a taste of the kind of dining experience Cargo Catering Co. can create for your wedding, helping you picture how a shared meal could fit into your celebration.

More Than Just a Wedding Menu
Still on the hunt for the perfect wedding venue? We've got an added bonus for you!
Our tasting night is held at our very own wedding venue, Jackson Square, giving you the perfect opportunity to experience not only our food, but the space where your wedding could come to life.
Located in Hindmarsh, Jackson Square is a gorgeous converted warehouse with a beautiful mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, offering plenty of possibilities for your special day.
While you're enjoying the food, take the opportunity to wander through the venue, soak up the atmosphere and start imagining how it could look and feel on your wedding day.
Who knows? You might just find your venue and your caterer all in one evening!
