Jackson Square is conveniently located on the outskirts of Adelaide City, making it easy for guests to access by car or public transport

How many guests can Jackson Square accommodate?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the layout, Jackson Square can host up to 250 guests for either cocktail or seated events. Our team can help you design the best layout for your event type and guest numbers.

Question 4

Is catering available at Jackson Square?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Cargo Catering Co is the exclusive catering partner for Jackson Square. We offer fully customisable menus, from grazing tables and canapés to plated meals and food stations, all served with exceptional style and quality. We also allow you to supply your own catering if you prefer. The fee is $1500 Monday - Saturday. On Sundays you can supply your own caterer at no cost.

Can I bring my own vendors or suppliers?

We have a list of trusted suppliers we work with regularly, but you're welcome to bring your own vendors. All suppliers must comply with our venue guidelines, and we'll coordinate with them to ensure smooth setup and pack-down.

Question 6

Does Jackson Square provide furniture, AV equipment or décor?

Accepted Answer

Jackson Square includes basic furniture such as bar tables and bar stools. Additional furniture is available to hire directly from the venue. AV and styling elements can be hired separately through our recommended vendors or your preferred supplier. We're happy to coordinate hire items as part of your package.

How far in advance should I book Jackson Square?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings and peak-season events. For corporate and private functions, 3–6 months' notice is usually sufficient, subject to availability.
